Its plans to modernise and expand the Gilmorehill campus will be set out to potential bidders and supply chain firms on 21 September at the University.
These include several keynote new buildings as well as infrastructure works expected to cost £300m-£500m.
One of these will be a new Learning and Teaching Hub containing over 1200 learning spaces and a new lecture theatre to be built on the site of the Boyd Orr car park.
Projects include bringing its historic and iconic buildings up to a standard which supports the needs of current and future students and researchers.
The prime contractor will be responsible for the management and sequencing of the delivery of the work packages.

The vision for the campus is set out in the development framework.
