The Liverpool firm traces its history back to 1899 and worked for many high street retailers as well as Liverpool Football Club, banks and the NHS.
Most of the 22-strong staff have been made redundant, although administrators from Begbies Traynor have kept on seven staff to complete certain current contracts.
Joint administrator Andrew Mackenzie said: “Unfortunately, over the last 12 months, the company has suffered a number of issues resulting in the current financial difficulties.
“The company has a strong reputation and an excellent track record and we are currently looking for expressions of interest for the business and, or, the assets of the company.”
Depending on workload the business would employ between 50 and 100 staff, across all trades.
