Around £100m worth of work will be awarded over the next four years through the panel of firms which represents a mix of both national contractors and small and medium-sized firms.
The national framework adopts a whole house approach to planned maintenance and offers 11 lots – from whole house, windows and doors, kitchens and bathrooms to roofing, heating and electrical works.
