The £12m turnover business was placed into administration on the 18 December after the directors decided to wind up the firm where work had dried up.
The Caernarfon-based contractor provided services including highway construction, bridge building, structural work and sewage and waste water systems work.
Among their major projects in recent years was flood alleviation work in Deeside in 2014 and work to build Pont Briwet across the River Dwyryd in Gwynedd in 2013.
They also undertook the multi-million pound redevelopment of the Maes in Caernarfon.
Arfon MP Hywel Williams last week said: “This is a huge blow to workers at the site and to the local economy in Caernarfon.”
Patrick Lannagan and Robert Adamson, from the Manchester and Leeds offices of Mazars are now handling the firm’s affairs.
Mazars said several firms had shown interest in the assets of the company following its closure.
