The package for Mount Anvil and Fabrica at the Keybridge development in Vauxhall, south London is J S Wright’s biggest ever contract win.

The 441-home regeneration scheme will include two brick apartment blocks – one of which at 128 metres high will be the tallest in the UK.

J S Wright will design and build the mechanical and electrical services for 8-storey Keybridge House and 37-storey Keybridge Lofts with the support of its electrical partner Wilton Electrics.

The company will fit out all the homes, ranging from studios to three-bed apartments, with underfloor heating and ventilation services, hot and cold water services, sanitary ware, soil and waste services and domestic sprinklers.

It will also design and build an energy centre and chilled water and boosted cold water plant rooms, as well as install a rainwater harvesting system, car park ventilation, and a services metering and control system.

Work will start on site in July with completion scheduled for December 2018.

Peter Burslem, Operations Director at Mount Anvil, said: “With our focus on legacy – creating homes and communities which enhance London’s world-class reputation – quality of delivery and track record are extremely important to us when looking for the right partner.

“J S Wright have demonstrated this consistently across our schemes and we are delighted to be working with them again at Keybridge.”

Marcus Aniol, Managing Director of J S Wright, said: “We are thrilled to have been given the opportunity by Mount Anvil to expand our major role in the regeneration of south London with our biggest-ever contract.

“Our success is testament to our excellent working relationships with leading developers and the skills and expertise of our highly committed workforce.”
