The ‘Haringey Development Vehicle’ will be a 50/50 partnership taking on scores of sites creating at least 5,000 new homes, a new town centre and thousands more jobs over the next 15-20 years.
The first phase will focus on regeneration in Wood Green and Tottenham.
Leader of Haringey Council, Claire Kober said: “This is an important step towards helping us deliver one of the largest regeneration programmes in the UK.
