The 285 – 329 Edgware Road scheme will consist of several mansion blocks around a new garden square with a flagship brick clad tower rising to 30-storeys.
Berkeley Homes aims to start work this year on the 2.66 acre site which has stood vacant for nearly 30 years, blighting the surrounding area.

Planning consent was granted last night for the regeneration of West End Green after Berkeley trimmed eight storeys from the original plan.
Architect Squire & Partners said the mixed-use design offered a transition between commercial development at Paddington Basin with the more residential scale of Paddington Green and Little Venice to the west.
