Works under the framework will predominantly be new-build and may include refurbishment.
The previous arrangement gave places to 24 firms over three main value lots covering £5m, £5m-£10m and major projects.
The major project partners included Countryside, Galliford Try, Higgins, Kier, Rydon, Wates and Willmott Dixon.
Works will usually involve the design and construction of residential properties, often mixed tenure.
The submission deadline is noon on 17 June, with preferred contractors being named in October.
