The major projects framework has been put together by procurement body Pagabo with an estimated spend of anywhere between £100m and £5bn depending on client take-up.
It has been framed to cover Scotland, the North, Wales and South offering public sector clients a choice of direct call-off or mini-competitions from various panels of contractors.
Among the big national players Henry Brothers (Magherafelt), Robertson and Sewell Construction have also won places in northern and Scottish regions.
Pagabo is aiming to target public clients that have become disillusioned with national central Government frameworks like the Education Funding Agency’s panel of firms and ProCure 21+ for NHS projects.

A source told the Enquirer that many clients had expressed an interest in using the OJEU- compliant panels for major projects.
Pagabo launched a framework for projects ranging from £50,000 to £5m a year ago, which attracted a wide mix of contractors.
Other planned panels include a major professional services framework and one for planned and reactive maintenance in the health sector.
