The half-acre site comes with detailed planning permission for a mixed-use development, designed by Sheppard Robson, including a mix of 47 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Main contractor Bouygues UK has recently finished piling and the vertical build is scheduled to begin in this month.
Residential sales will launch in autumn 2016, with full completion set for Q2 2018.
