Partnerships South East has cemented its relationship with Notting Hill Housing to build phase two of the Great Eastern Quays development at the Royal Docks in London.
The firm is already on site delivering the first phase of 350 homes worth £81m. The second phase of 468 homes will be worth £128m, a record individual project for the business.
Partnerships’ South East business has also signed contracts with real estate developer Almacantar to build 76 homes in a £35m deal. The Lyons Place development sits adjacent to Little Venice and Maida Vale on Edgware Road in London.
The scheme includes 47 affordable homes, taken by Registered Provider City West Homes, as well as commercial space and a new petrol station.
Stephen Teagle, chief executive of Galliford Try Partnerships, said: “These new contracts further strengthen our growing partnerships and regeneration business in line with our new strategy announced last month.
“The Great Eastern Quays project in particular demonstrates our expertise in delivering large-scale regeneration projects and the trust our long-term partners place in us.”
