Multiplex has been on-site under a pre-construction services agreement and is currently completing the sub-structure of the building to deliver the basement levels.

Since launching last May Lincoln Square has sold 78 units worth £130m.

It is one of two projects that Lodha UK is currently developing in London.

Its flagship development at No.1 Grosvenor Square in the heart of Mayfair is being built by Mace.
