“Our commitment and dedication working with Quintain and the design consultants to achieve success has been rewarded by the further appointment to a PCSA stage on the adjoining plot which is due to be awarded later this year.

“We are looking forward to constructing this prestigious project working with Quintain and in close coordination with the stadium for logistics purposes and in conjunction with the other contractors working on the framework at Wembley Park.’’

Matt Voyce, Executive Director – Construction, Quintain said: “We are delighted to have concluded the contract for W03.

“Our 85 acre development at Wembley Park is set to become the largest single build to rent site in the UK and seeing it evolve over the last decade has been a real privilege.

“We look forward to working with McLaren on these two pivotal plots adjacent to the National Stadium.’’

Kevin Taylor, Chairman of McLaren Group added: ‘’The opportunity to design and build these prestigious projects for Quintain is very exciting and we are very much looking forward to working in partnership to play a part in the transformation of Wembley Park.”
