Lot 2 — £125,000 – £750,000. Total spend £28m

Leicester City Council’s Economic Action Plan sets out an ambitious strategy for investment in the city’s economy until 2020.

This involves a series of major urban regeneration programmes, including Leicester Waterside, a 60 hectare scheme to the north of the city centre, and the Connecting Leicester programme covering several public realm and infrastructure schemes.

Last yearLeicester City Council appointed consultant Arcadis as the sole provider on its Construction Professional Services Framework.

In a deal worth around £7.5m, the firm will be provide programme management, engineering and design services to support the delivery of projects including education, highways and regeneration.

Procurement documents are available free of charge from the website and must be returned by 21 August.
