New Business Director Paul Cooke and Pre Construction Director Keith Briggs are victims of a board restructuring.
It is the latest strategy shift at the contractor which made a round of redundancies 12 months ago following a decision to quit single stage competitive tendering.
Steve Leakey, Managing Director, said: “In response to market changes we have restructured the Board to more efficiently deliver cost effective projects and maintain our reputation as a quality community and regeneration partner.
“Our thanks go with Keith and Paul for their valued service over many years.”
The firm’s last published set of results for the year to July 31 2017 list Cooke and Briggs among the twelve-strong board of directors.
They also show a 10% jump in turnover to £238.7m from which Higgins made a pre-tax profit of £153,000.
