Sir Robert McAlpine is on board as preferred contractor to deliver 14 and  21 storey blocks containing 357 private rental flats and a restaurant.

Designed by Jeffrey Bell in association with Assorted Skills + Talents as two major brick envelope buildings, the taller of the towers is inspired by New York 1930’s Art Deco designs.

The two new buildings form the second phase of the original five building, 600-plus apartment masterplan that we secured approval for in September 2017.

The project has a potential estimated development value in excess of £160m.
