As new construction director at FEC, he is now overseeing progress on the Hong Kong group’s £200m residential development at MeadowSide in Manchester.
The scheme comprises 756 new homes for sale across four buildings bordering Angel Meadow Park, one of the city’s largest open green spaces.
Adams brings over 25 years’ experience, having previously been employed in project management and director roles on a range of different schemes for Sisk, Barratt London and Carillion Construction.
Prior to this, Adams also served as a project manager in the Corps of Royal Engineers for 13 years and saw service in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
