As regeneration advisor, Mace will review the current options for a key site called Spring Gardens, and investigate the wider Gloucestershire town opportunities.

Building on this, Mace will assist the council to develop a strategy on how best to deliver the project.

The Mace team working on the scheme have a track record of delivery for local authorities in the region including Taunton Deane Borough Council, Bristol City Council and Cornwall Council.

Included within their team is masterplanning architect, Lavigne Lonsdale, along with engineer, WSP.
