Prater’s design and estimating teams in Birmingham will move from the current shared office accommodation to the newly purchased, self-contained facility.

Prater is still centrally managed from its headquarters in Surrey but the opening of the new office represents the latest step in its ongoing strategy to develop the strength and capabilities of its regional offices.

It follows the creation of a new permanent office in Manchester and upgrades to its off-site manufacturing facilities in 2018.
