Revenue across the group rose 21% to reach a record £501m in 2018, mainly driven by the expanding partnerships housing contracting business.
During the year the group delivered over 1,550 homes.
Andy Hill, group chief executive, said Hill was on track to meet its 2020 strategy of building more than 2,500 homes a year.
The house builder also intends to grow turnover to £850m with profits approaching £100m.
Based across five regional offices in Cambridgeshire. Oxfordshire, Norfolk, Essex and West Sussex, Hill said the group’s pipeline of work had grown considerably as it developed relationships with housing associations, local authorities, education authorities and the Ministry of Defence.
Hill’s land bank of £246m comprises more than 2,400 homes with full planning and another 3,350 awaiting decisions.
During the year it acquired nine sites on a private or joint venture basis.
Hill said: “2018 has been another strong year for Hill, seeing a rise in turnover to hit the £500m mark is a proud milestone
“2019 is looking to be an equally promising year for us, with 6,270 private plots in the pipeline and 1,350 plots under negotiation.”
