Mark Davey set up Kaicer Building Envelope Solution after buying parts of his failed Lakesmere cladding business from administrators and taking on 100 core staff.
Latest accounts for the year ending February 2019 show the firm achieved pre-tax profit of £1.3m.
Kacer Building Envelope Solutions started trading in November 2017 and is owned by Kace Holdings.
In March this year, chairman Davey opened a Crannock office as a dedicated pre-construction and design office to work alongside the existing Winchester and Reading business units.
Davey said the firm had put in a place a three-year plan which would see revenue reduce slightly this coming year with the business then achieving an increase in year on year growth.
Net current assets at the end of February stood at £2.2m with cash reserves of £3.5m.
