Guild Living was launched last month and will see the number of employees increase from 10 to 50 by the end of the year.

Among the quartet of senior hires is Construction Director Mike Maxwell who has a total of 29 years’ experience in the industry.

Maxwell joins Guild Living from Lovell Partnership Ltd where he was regional operations director, looking after the delivery of contracting and redevelopment projects across London and the South East.

At Guild Living, Maxwell will establish a development programme, driving efficiencies in purchase and procurement, alongside management of governance and construction.
