Liverpool-based Procure North West is now rolling out its model nationally planning nine extra regional framework agreements.
The move will overlap with several other major national frameworks for the public sector like Scape, Pagabo and countless other regional frameworks in England.
Procure Partnerships said that the decision had been taken to roll the regional delivery model out nationally after over 24 public sector bodies used the regional North West framework since it was launched 10 months ago.
Contractors will have the chance to select from two value banded lots; £4m to £12m, and £12m+.

Framework director, Robbie Blackhurst, said: “A key driver for the Procure Partnerships framework was to really drill into the sub-regions and move away from vast geographical lotting structures capturing the key regions across England and Wales.
“This will also be a key driver at tender stage with contractors having to demonstrate their experience of successfully delivering projects for the public sector within the regions they are bidding for.”
He added: “The framework has been built to be flexible giving clients choice with single stage fully priced tenders or two-stage mini competition options, all with up to eight forms of call off contract.
“There is also no fee for public sector bodies across England and Wales to access the framework and clients are always in full control of each projects procurement process via their individual ‘Project Page’ hosted upon the ‘Procure Partnerships ePortal”
Tender documents are due to be issued on 31 July with the framework going live by 14 October. It will run for four years.
