Armstrong was responsible for the commercial offices business at Mace where he had been a director for nearly four years.
Before that he held the roles of Project Director and Director of Planning & Design Management at Shepherd Construction.

Torsion Group has increased profit and turnover in 2019 with projected revenue set to exceed £65m at the construction division this year and £117.5m across the group.
The company has recently secured its latest contract award in Coventry and will deliver the £20.5m Student Accommodation scheme in partnership with Torsion Developments Limited (TDL).
