Equipment on display included:

• The Sennebogen 613E, a 15t capacity crawler crane, that is the second unit sold to the Thames Tideway East JV of CVB. The crane has been purchased with a full remote control system
• The Pajot 1200C air hammer   -a new and more efficient model added to the rental fleet.
• The SMS Pars S80 side clamp vibratory hammer, able to install steel sheet or tubular piles.

The machines were set up over AGD’s in-house test area allowing visitors the chance to operate each piece of equipment for themselves in order to get a real feel for them.

And AGD spokesman said: “All this equipment is available for hire or purchase from AGD as we are sole distributors for each manufacturer in the UK and Ireland.

“The open day event proved to be a great success and has generated a large number of both rental and sale enquiries for equipment we offer.”
