Procurement specialist Scape Group is renewing its construction consultancy framework to offer a broader range of services.

Firms are now being invited to bid to join two new frameworks for work in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and a separate panel carrying out commissions in Scotland.

The current Built Environment Consultancy Framework, led by Perfect Circle – a consortium comprising Pick Everard, Gleeds and AECOM, expires on October 2020 when total work value is predicted to reach £350m.

The updated frameworks will be open to individual organisations and consortium bids and will run for four years from August 2020.

Market awareness days are due to be held in London, Leeds and Edinburgh during September, where interested companies can request 1:1 meetings.

The services available across the frameworks include project management, quantity surveying, building surveying, architecture and design services as well as civil and structural engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, health and safety, highways consultancy and strategic asset management.

“The appointed delivery partners will work closely with local supply chain networks to facilitate access to local companies and to maximise local spend.

“To date, the BECS framework has engaged with over 335 SMEs through its extensive supply chain. We expect the new frameworks to expand on this success with our broadened range of services.”
