The CAPA -Creative and Performing Arts – project is Clugston’s first awarded through the Education and Skills Funding Agency Framework.

The flagship home of CAPA College will house a 150-seat theatre, an outdoor amphitheatre; performance and media studios and a public cafe.

Due to open in October 2020, the new building on Mulberry Way will also be an important community resource. 

Clugston will be supported by a design team including architect Race Cottam, Adept Consulting Engineers and M&E consultant Couch Perry Wilkes.
