The Birmingham-based company will design and build all the mechanical and electrical services for the first phase of The Silk District in Whitechapel.
Mount Anvil is main contractor with joint venture partner L&Q on the project.
J S Wright will provide the services for a total of 412 homes and communal areas that make up the first phase of a larger development that will total 648.
The company will provide the services for The Jacquard and The Georgette buildings of 20 floors and seven floors respectively.
Work is scheduled to begin on site later this month with completion due in September 2021.
