£240m northern housing upkeep framework winners

The procurement arm of regional social housing consortium Efficiency North has named its partners for a £240m housing upkeep framework.

EN:Procure has over 30 client social housing landlords on its books across Yorkshire and Humber and has set up the multi-trade framework to meet all housing renovation and maintenance needs.

Big winners across the framework lots include London-based A Connolly, The Casey Group in Rochdale, Esh Construction, United Living (North) and Wates Property Services.
