The £35m design and build contract will feature a three-storey building, spanning 10,000 sqm of clinical, support and training space and car parking.
The hub will provide GP surgeries, a pharmacy, specialist children’s services and district nursing.
North East Health Centre, located on Salamanca Street, will be delivered on behalf of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership.
Designed by Hoskins Architects, work will start next summer and will be delivered in phases with a scheduled for completion early 2025.
