Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood have just secured detailed planning consent for the scheme at Western Approach, which was designed by Corstophine & Wright.
The building firm is understood to have beaten Barwood and Speller Metcalfe, which were also chasing the scheme.
Three buildings of 33,566 sq ft, 76,627 sq ft and 134,269 sq ft will be built out as a single phase, starting on site in the New Year.
James Drew, Development Director at Trebor, said the scheme would be marketed as “Central Approach”.
Droitwich-based ETG Civil Engineering has secured the groundworks package.
