Beechlane Investments has submitted plans for the Trinity Gateway project which includes a 20-storey residential tower of 144 apartments, 30,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and a 505-space multi-storey car park.
Seddon has been lined-up as main contractor with work expected to start on site next year.
