The chief executive and finance head of fit out specialist Styles & Wood have left the business.

Tony Lenehan was long-serving CEO and Phil Lanigan CFO.

Styles & Wood is part of the larger property-related business Extentia which acquired the company last year.

Lenehan became chief executive of the whole £230m turnover Extentia Group and Lanigan chief finance officer.

Both men have held the same roles at Styles & Wood for a number of years.

The firm was delisted from the Stock Exchange and taken private in March 2018.

It was bought for £42.5m by investment vehicle Central Square Holdings and became a leading division in the rebranded Extentia Group.

An Extentia Group statement said: “Tony Lenehan, CEO and Phil Lanigan CFO have left the business and a number of senior appointments have been made by the Extentia Group board.

“Craig Eastwood, Executive Director of the Group’s furniture fixtures & equipment business, has been appointed as CEO.

“Nigel Taylor joined the Group in July 2019 as COO and Gareth Hurfurt takes the position of Interim Group Finance Manager.”
