PIB is keen to engage with clients as early as possible at the pre-construction stage.

Foley said: “We are commonly now engaging at least 12 to 18 months prior to starting on site and this early engagement allows both our client and PIB adequate time to ensure the best delivery method is developed and risk is best managed for both businesses in what is an uncertain period ahead.”
