Works covered have been split into four project size lots. The scope covers site preparation, site remediation, associated civil engineering and infrastructure works, design, new build construction.

The previous panel helped members procure and deliver up to 1,394 new homes over four years with an overall contract value of £177m up to the end of 2019.
The new arrangement will now run until November 2023.
