£340m northern new-build framework winners

Regional procurement body Efficiency North has named the 29 firms selected for its £340m social housing new-build framework.

The firms will deliver work for affordable schemes for social housing landlords across Yorkshire and Humber.

Works covered have been split into four project size lots. The scope covers site preparation, site remediation, associated civil engineering and infrastructure works, design, new build construction.

Schemes of 70 units and over (total spend £130m)

The previous panel helped members procure and deliver up to 1,394 new homes over four years with an overall contract value of £177m up to the end of 2019.

The new arrangement will now run until November 2023.
