The breadth and complexity of the scope of works to be delivered will require contractor partners to include multi-disciplined and specialist teams capable of providing a ‘one-stop shop’ service with minimum complication.
Firms have until the end of January to return prequalification documents for the Neighbourhoods Capital Investment Programme 2020-2025.
