He joins the group’s residential business with more than 30 years of experience in construction and will be at the helm of the business’s new build projects.
A significant element of this work is carried out through long-term customer partnerships and established frameworks such as the Southern Construction Framework and the Cornwall Council Housing Framework.
Before joining Mi-space, Hart was operations director at leading social housing association London & Quadrant Group, responsible for managing house building schemes ranging from 100 to 800 units.
Before that, he was regional managing director at McLaren Construction for three years and also a regional managing director at Miller Construction.
