L&Q is refreshing its favoured suppliers and consultants for the next five years for self-delivered new build projects built by its in-house team Quadrant Construction Services.

The facade specialists can expected to share a programme worth nearly £100m.

Firm selected include: FK Facades; Focchi; KFK; Permasteelisa; Sipral UK; TGM Facades UK; FKN Facades UK (Value £96m).

Now L&Q is also on the hunt for separate mechanical and electrical specialists for work packages below £8m promising a total pipeline of around £80m as part of the review of its preferred list of suppliers.

Firms have until early March to prequalify with awards expected in April.
