The main contractor was the only tier one firm which obtained a place on all three lots of the four-year construction frameworks.
Divided by value, the lots are for projects: over £3m; between £250,000-£3m; and those below £250,000.
Galliford Try, McLaughlin & Harvey, Morgan Sindall, Robertson and Sir Robert McAlpine secured places for work over £3m.
For capital projects between £250,000 and £3m, Clark Contracts, Galliford Try, Graham, Morgan Sindall, Morris and Spottiswood, Taylor and Fraser all secured places.
Clark Contracts, Morgan Sindall, Morris and Spottiswood and Taylor and Fraser will also complete refurbishment works, having been placed on the framework for work valued at less than £250,000.
Work routed through the framework will support the university’s £1bn campus redevelopment plans.
In its estates strategy, the institution has outlined plans to invest in its Gilmorehill Campus, Garscube Estate, and the various satellite campuses around the city.
Projects are expected to include a mixture of new build, and refurbishment of existing laboratory, teaching spaces, offices, and student accommodation.
The next upcoming project is a new £150m school of engineering.
