Work at the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital for main contractor Balfour Beatty will be Harvey’s biggest ever contract.
Harvey UK will decorate and finish more than 4,000 rooms at the £350m hospital using specialist hygienic coatings and finishes.
Managing director Tony Harvey said: “This hospital is vital for the region and is set to be a leader in medical treatment and diagnostics.
“Our work involves specialist flooring and finishes and will draw on our experience in other large hospitals, including the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham for which we have been supplying finishing services for the last 10 years.”
Harvey UK has also carried out work at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, the Royal London Hospital and the Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge.
