Graham will lead on the delivery of the specialist accommodation for older people.
The development will comprise 156 highly accessible one and two-bedroom independent living apartments, set across four cluster blocks around the 25-acre site.
Graham will also build communal facilities, including a central clubhouse, shops, scooter storage and management offices that will become the heart of the new community.
The scheme also includes a spa facility with a swimming pool and hairdressing salon.
Philip Sutton, Head of Developments at Royal London said: “I am delighted to appoint Graham for this important project that is our first foray into the retirement village sector.”
The scheme will be constructed over a two-year programme, due for completion in Summer 2022.
Once complete, Wycliffe Park will be operated by retirement village specialist, Audley.
