Fancy, formerly Countryside Properties’ managing director for London, will also be responsible for setting up a new South West division for the business.
He brings extensive experience of strategic development to his new role where he will lead Hill’s growing focus on Estate Regeneration.
Hill’s Special Projects division which specialises in estate renewal, primarily in London.
With over 2,200 units currently under construction and over 6,000 in the pipeline, it is a crucial area of growth for the business.
Fancy has 25 years of experience in the residential and commercial development sectors.
Prior to Countryside, he spent 16 years at Wates Group overseeing large-scale commercial regeneration projects, before becoming regional managing director of Wates’ residential business unit.
