London housing association Network Homes has named its preferred contractor line-up to deliver its next-generation new-build housing framework.

A member of the G15 Group of London’s largest housing associations, Network Homes plans to build 5,000 new homes over the next five years in London and Hertfordshire.

In the shake-up contractors McLaren, Midgard and Osborne are signed up for the first time to the larger project lots.

While Laing O’Rourke, Higgins and Ardmore drop out.

Network Homes has a secured development pipeline of around 2,500 homes based on strong relationships with Homes England, the GLA, and local authorities across its operational area.

The framework agreement will be used for principal contractor services under JCT design and build contracts and construction management services.
