Shaw aims to grow the Alton-based business to £50m within the next four years as part of a major expansion drive.

He brings over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience to the business having also previously worked utility contractor Enterprise and Amey.

Shaw will work with the board on the strategic development of the company and will be responsible for day to day management of the operational delivery of multi-disciplined activities.

Hanevo recently won  a place on the Wessex Water AMP7 water framework, a first for the company.
