HBS will be providing a combined plumbing and heating, electrical and EV charging package for 115 properties at the David Wilson branded parcel. It forms part of the wider development at Harbour Place, with 205 properties currently under construction for the Barratt Homes brand.

Harbour Place is the latest site to be awarded to HBS by David Wilson’s Southampton office. It follows on from successful building services contracts secured on several sites in recent years. These include Quarter Jack Park, Canford Paddock, Saxon Corner, Madgwick Park and New Quarter.
