The third generation frameworks align with the Government Construction Playbook. They are designed for works valued between £4m and £10m, and for new housing over 25 units.
Covering the YORhub east region led by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and the west region led by Leeds City Council, each will dovetail with the existing YORbuild Major Works framework.
