The near 300-home project will be delivered through United Living’s New Homes business.
The contract award lifts ULNH’s current order book of over £300m of BTR schemes in cities across the UK.
At the Salford scheme, the contractor will deliver 275 flats and, 11 townhouses and ten duplexes across three connected blocks at the brownfield site between Hulme Street to the north, Upper Wharf Street to the south.
The blocks will range in height from 8 to 23 storeys will also provide ground floor amenity space, parking facilities and podium level landscaping.
The scheme also includes vital low carbon infrastructure, with solar panels and electric vehicle charging points, contributing to sustainable development and helping Salford City Council achieve its vision of becoming carbon-neutral by 2038.
The development is scheduled to be completed in October 2024.
The first phase of Outwood Wharf was completed by contractor H&J Martin in summer 2019 following the collapse of Lagan which had been the main builder.
