The Northern Ireland-based firm is now forecasting turnover this year will top £70m, putting it on track to meet a £100m target by 2025.

Mivan has just announced 100 new jobs to support its continued expansion.

John Cunningham, chief executive of Mivan, said, “This strong performance is down a high level of repeat business from the UK’s leading developers and contractors. We have a healthy balance sheet, have diversified into a wide range of sectors, and have developed an international reputation for our specialist fitout services.”

The record order intake includes a £17m 5* hotel fit-out job for Multiplex at One Nine Elms in London, due for completion by the end of 2023.

Mivan has also secured fit-out projects worth more than £8m for Prime Development and Sir Robert McAlpine for the Peninsula Hotel on Grosvenor Place in London for bespoke joinery for front-of-house areas.

It has also secured a multi-million-pound contract for a 5* hotel in Mayfair and multiple contracts at Chelsea Barracks in London due for completion by the end of 2023
