Work at the new Bloomsbury Quarter will involve some structural alterations followed by a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment of two Grade II listed buildings that will deliver high-quality offices.
Practical completion is due in Q2 2025 and the scheme will deliver a total of 52,000 sq ft of prime office space and 9,000 sq ft of high-end retail bringing the ground floor units on Sicilian Avenue back to life.
Justin Fahy, Managing Director of Structure Tone London, said: “We’re excited about revitalising these historic buildings into a vibrant, sustainable corner of Holborn. This project really reinforces our presence in the refurb market and we look forward to delivering this exciting scheme in partnership with Alchemy Asset Management.”
