The deal is the smaller of several frameworks to be set up covering the “Backbone of Britain” route.
Amalagamated Construction bagged most of the Category D work which relates to the delivery of “minor and reactive works” worth up to £100k.
The framework’s scope covers planned, unplanned and cyclical maintenance requirements, with discipline-specific lots for civil engineering and building.
